Butcher's Block Chicken Gravy
Simple Chicken Gravy Rich, smooth gravy made from roast chicken drippings and stock.
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons chicken fat or butter
2 tablespoons roast chicken pan drippings
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 cups chicken stock, warm
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Collect the drippings.
Make the base.
Cook the flour.
Add the stock.
Simmer, thicken, finish and season.
